Your Role & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for reviewing medical records for completeness.
• Assembles medical records into a standard order.
• Responsible for filing records in designated areas according to Sayre Christian Village’s applicable alphabetic and numeric filing system
• Ensure that patients’ initial medical charts are complete.
• Ensure all medical charts are completed and properly identified and signed.
• Responsible for store discharges and shredding discharges as needed.
• Responsible for monitoring HIPPA compliance.

Qualifications:

• Active KY LPN Nurse License
• 2-4 years of recordkeeping experience in long-term healthcare preferred.
• Familiarity with resident records and recordkeeping protocol
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
