Requirements

• Current state license as an Occupational Therapist - Required
• Proof of current CPR certification - Required
• Current driver's license - Required
• Reliable transportation and insurance - Required
• Two years experience as an Occupational Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting - Required
• Graduate of an accredited school of occupational therapy with a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy.

Responsibilities

• Perform clinical assessments to identify patient needs.
• Document and maintain comprehensive clinical records, including Plans of Care and progress notes.
• Evaluate and facilitate direct therapeutic interventions to support patient mobility and daily activities.
• Assess patients' occupational performance and environmental factors affecting their well-being.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care.
• Promote patient engagement and education on adaptive techniques and equipment.
