Sales Consultant

Victra is Verizon's largest premium retailer in the United States. We are seeking Sales Consultants who deliver world‑class service to every guest. From executing our sales process to sharing product knowledge, you will connect our guests to what matters most. You will be the face of Victra and have the opportunity to earn uncapped income and advance your career. Bilingual Preferred: Spanish. Responsibilities Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals. Work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues. Be a passionate guest advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun doing it. Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional customer service to deliver what our customers need. Create personal connections with guests to make technology look simple. Foster a competitive drive and ability to succeed in a fast‑paced sales environment. Assist with merchandising and operational functions. Paid time off accrues at a rate of no less than 40 hours per year during the first year and 80 hours per year thereafter, with sick time handled per state law. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment. Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak vacation periods during November through December. At least 18 years of age. Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions. Legal authorization to work in the United States. Physical Requirements Ability to lift 10 pounds. Ability to stand for long periods of time. Training Requirements All Sales Consultants must attend and complete a four‑day New Hire University (NHU) training program within 30 days of their start date. The program may include overnight travel at the company’s expense. Ongoing online and computer‑based training will be required throughout employment.
