Big career potential.Think of yourself as part mechanic, part operator, part problem-solver, and part future leader.On any given shift, you might:Operate fluidized bed dryers, conveyors, bucket elevators, and other heavy-duty plant equipmentTroubleshoot issues before they become bigger problemsPerform inspections, maintenance, repairs, and adjustmentsRun quality control tests to make sure products meet top standardsHelp improve plant performance, safety, and efficiencyTrack production and maintenance KPIsCoordinate tools, parts, and equipment needsAssist with repairs, cleanup, and keeping operations running strongJump in wherever needed — because teamwork matters hereSome nights are smooth sailing.
