ProHealth is seeking a highly motivated, dependable, and professional Customer Service Representative. This individual will be a key part of our day-to-day operations, helping to ensure a smooth and positive experience for patients and staff alike. What You'll Do:

• Serve as the first point of contact for patients and partners by answering high-volume incoming calls with professionalism and empathy.
• Return voicemails no longer than 24 hours later and ensure all inquiries are followed upon thoroughly and accurately.
• Handle patient questions and scheduling needs and route to the appropriate team members when needed.
• Assist with daily administrative tasks such as data entry and greeting patients and checking them in.
• Provide real-time support to our clinics and departments, helping keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.
• Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and excellent communication.
