Direct Support Professional (DSP) Caregiver

Continuum of Colorado is seeking Caregivers for our meaningful Direct Support Professional (DSP) positions in Castle Rock, CO and surrounding areas. Role Overview As a DSP, you will support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a three‑bed home, implement care plans, help with daily activities, and transport them to community events. Shift Options Sunday – Tuesday, 8:00 AM–8:00 PM Thursday – Saturday, 8:00 AM–8:00 PM Friday – Sunday, 8:00 PM–8:00 AM Part‑time and substitute opportunities are also available. Requirements High school diploma or GED At least one year of related experience (e.g., developmental disabilities, elderly care) Ability to pass and maintain agency certification and training Perform personal care/medical procedures and consistently lift up to 50 lbs Read, write, and converse in English and perform simple math calculations Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and Outlook Valid Colorado driver’s license and good‑condition personal vehicle for work Proof of insurance and at least three years of consecutive driving history No suspensions/revocations in the past three years and no more than two tickets in the past three years Our Commitment to Equity and Inclusion We are committed to racial equity, diversity, and inclusion in all aspects of our organization and partnership with the IDD community.
