Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, work collaboratively with healthcare professionals, and support patients and their families throughout their healthcare journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and document patient progress and vital signs.
• Educate patients and families on health management and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide seamless care.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain adherence to best practices.
• Assist in managing patient flow and maintain safety standards in the department.

Qualifications

• Current and valid nursing license in the state of practice.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments effectively.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; additional certifications may be beneficial.

Schedule
