Crew Leader

Yellowstone Landscape is hiring a Crew Leader – Tree Care to supervise daily tree care operations on commercial properties. Lead a small crew in pruning, removals, planting, and debris cleanup while ensuring strict safety and quality standards. Operate and oversee use of chainsaws, chippers, aerial lifts, and other equipment, performing routine inspections and maintenance. Read work orders, coordinate with supervisors, and communicate with clients on-site. Train and mentor crew members, promote a safety-first culture, and support high-profile landscape and construction projects in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
