You will be at the heart of a residential community, supporting residents, ensuring smooth operations, and taking pride in everything at your property.**As a Property Manager, you will:*** **Drive Leasing Performance:**You will be responsible for achieving and maintaining strong occupancy levels by promptly following up with prospective residents, conducting effective property tours, and converting leads into applications. Leveraging the CRM, you will manage your leasing pipeline and collaborate with other departments to drive results and treat each property as your own.* **Deliver Exceptional Resident Experiences**: As the primary point of contact for residents, you will ensure all communications are timely, professional, and empathetic. You will create a seamless move-in experience, support high resident satisfaction, and work proactively to retain residents.* **Ensure Operational Excellence:**You will take ownership of the property's physical condition and daily operations through regular inspections, coordination with maintenance teams, and enforcement of cleanliness and safety standards.
