Celtic Property Management is seeking an experienced, highly independent Senior Community Manager to lead The Granville, a senior living community. We are looking for someone who already knows HUD and Tax Credit (LIHTC) compliance and can hit the ground running with minimal training.
This is not an entry-level management position. We are looking for a proven leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership, and knows how to successfully operate an affordable housing community.
What You'll Do
- Manage the daily operations of a HUD/LIHTC senior community.
- Ensure compliance with all HUD, LIHTC, Fair Housing, and company policies.
- Lead, coach, and develop an on-site team.
- Oversee leasing, resident relations, certifications, recertifications, inspections, and file compliance.
- Manage budgets, occupancy, delinquency, collections, and financial performance.
- Coordinate vendors, maintenance operations, and capital projects.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a positive community culture.
What We're Looking For
- Extensive experience managing a HUD and Tax Credit (LIHTC) community.
- Senior housing experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HUD regulations, compliance, and affordable housing programs.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with Yardi software is a plus.
- Professional, dependable, and results-driven.
