Non-CDL Yard HostlerPay: $25.00 per hour Now hiring for a Non-CDL Yard Hostler Location: Fresno, CA Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour Schedule: Day Shift – Approximately 4:00 AM Start. Sunday through Thursday are the busiest days, with some Saturday work possible. Two days off per week, likely staggered. Guaranteed 8 hours of pay per scheduled workday, even if released early. This opportunity puts your driving skills to work transporting goods safely, efficiently, and on schedule while supporting the businesses and customers that keep the economy moving.What You'll DoComplete assigned trailer moves accurately and efficiently.Safely couple and uncouple trailers as needed.Communicate with yard personnel and operations teams regarding trailer locations and assignments.Assist with maintaining an organized and safe yard.Follow all company safety policies and procedures.Support daily yard operations as assigned.Experience RequirementsMinimum 6 months of verifiable Yard Hostler/Yard Jockey experience within the past 3 years.Experience operating a yard goat, terminal tractor, or similar yard hostling equipment preferred.Previous experience moving and positioning trailers in a warehouse, distribution center, or transportation yard.Ability to safely couple and uncouple trailers.Valid Driver's License required.
