Unit Manager LPN: Lead Patient Care & Rehab
The Center at Centennial
The Center at Centennial is a skilled nursing facility that cares for patients requiring physical rehabilitation and/or complex nursing care. Our team emphasizes physician-driven care plans and a supportive, hotel-like environment to help patients regain strength and function.
As an LPN, you will pass meds, provide treatments, and assess patient changes in condition while collaborating with the care team to ensure high-quality, compassionate care during daily rounds and charting.
