We're looking for a strategic Workforce Management leader to transform how we staff, schedule, and support one of the fastest-growing emergency veterinary organizations in the country.As Senior Manager, Workforce Management, you will have the opportunity to build out the Workforce Management function. You'll own the enterprise Workforce Management strategy, leading Legion platform ownership, workforce optimization, labor model evolution, vendor partnerships, and operational adoption across our hospitals.
