The PTA initiates exercise as referred by a healthcare provider to restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability under the supervision of a Physical Therapist. Location Haxtun, CO 80731 Job Type Contract - 13-Week Contract Shift 10-hour days | Monday–Friday, days Compensation $2000-$2150/week Key Responsibilities Initiate prescribed exercises for physical rehabilitation services.
