Day Shift | $25-$28/Hour Based on Experience

Are you a skilled welder who takes pride in building, repairing, and fabricating heavy-duty equipment and components?

We're seeking an experienced Welder/Fabricator to join a growing industrial operation supporting the mining, heavy equipment, and manufacturing industries. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, reading blueprints, fabricating custom components, and taking on a variety of projects in a shop environment.

• Full-Time Position

• Perform MIG, Stick, and Flux-Core welding on a variety of materials
• Fabricate, modify, and repair heavy equipment components and steel structures
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and weld symbols
• Measure, cut, fit, and assemble materials according to specifications
• Operate fabrication equipment including grinders, torches, saws, and other shop tools
• Repair worn or damaged equipment and components
• Inspect finished work to ensure quality and accuracy
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
• Work closely with shop personnel to complete projects on schedule

• Previous welding and fabrication experience required
• Ability to read blueprints and fabrication drawings
• Experience with MIG, Stick, and/or Flux-Core welding processes
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and produce quality workmanship
• Experience working with carbon steel and heavy materials
• Commitment to safety and attention to detail

• Experience repairing heavy equipment, mining equipment, or industrial machinery
• Ability to operate forklifts, overhead cranes, and material handling equipment
• Experience in a manufacturing, fabrication, or industrial environment
• Welding certifications are a plus

The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $60000.00/yr.
