The Olde Mecklenburg Brewery (OMB) is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead Front of House operations at our Ballantyne location in Charlotte, NC. You will drive guest experience, sales, and steps of service while managing FOH team performance and the bar/beverage program. You will oversee staff coaching, scheduling, and compliance, with reporting to the General Manager.
