ESFM Position Title: FACILITIES SITE SUPERVISOR Salary: $115,000 - $130,000 Pay Grade: 15 Other Forms of Compensation: BONUS ESFM is the corporate facilities management (FM) division of Compass Group USA, a Gold-level Corporate Sustaining Partner of the International Facility Management Association (IFMA), and a Platinum Corporate Member of the Association of Energy Engineers (AEE). ESFM’s clients include many household names from the life sciences, technology, oil & gas and manufacturing markets. Job Summary The Facilities Site Supervisor - Provides support to the Engineering Manager to deliver excellent customer service to our corporate client. Directly supervise in-house technicians and vendors including mechanical, electrical, HVAC, architectural, plumbing, and metrology technicians. Oversee the team of vendors for visual support. Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with our Client. Complete all associated PMS dedicated to the hard and soft service work centers; ensure world class KPI's/OPI's. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Responsible for the Client services budget development and oversight. Provide financial reporting as required. Assist in vendor contract development and procure goods and services through Compass and Client systems. Manage requisitions, P.O.'s and receipt invoices upon delivery or completion of work. Act collaboratively to solve problems and resolve spontaneous and unique situations with professionalism and customer service focus. Work closely with the site Unit Director on day-to-day operations and planning the facilities team's goals and objectives. Seek to continuously improve processes, systems, and overall client satisfaction. Plans, organizes, directs, coordinates, and supervises functions and activities of the department. Establishes and implements policies and procedures for departmental operations. Encourages and nurtures associate creativity and innovation within the ESFM IFM program. Ensures compliance with all regulatory agencies. Demonstrates quality leadership in meeting performance plans. Ensures proper staffing for within all Departments (O&M, Conference Services, Mail Services). Manage the quality process as it relates to Business Support Services and set targets for quality improvement. Measure customer satisfaction and implement action plans for areas below standard. Manage small projects, as needed. Develop reports and presentations; in support of quarterly and annual business reviews. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years facilities services industry experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Solid understanding of facilities management to include O&M, A/V, mail, pest control, waste management, vendor management service delivery while managing demanding clientele. Strong management and organizational skills. Ability to manage stressful situations in a calm, courteous, and efficient manner. Client relations and customer service oriented. Team leadership abilities; staffing, recruiting, development and relations. Planning, organization & system know-how. Strong IT skills – Excel, Powerpoint, Word, MS Teams.
