Warehouse Worker/Box Truck Driver

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dependable and self-motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team. The primary focus of this role will be warehouse operations; however, this individual will also serve as a backup driver when needed, such as covering call-offs or supporting additional delivery routes during the week.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, following directions, and handling physical tasks throughout the day, while also being confident operating larger delivery vehicles when required.
Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and maintain inventory within the warehouse
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Build and stage pallets for outgoing shipments
• Read and follow work orders to ensure accurate product selection and preparation
• Prepare products for shipment according to company standards
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
• Fill in as a delivery driver for call-offs or additional routes as needed
• Operate a 26-foot box truck when required for deliveries
• Ensure orders are delivered accurately and safely when driving

Qualifications:

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions
• Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
• Ability to lift, carry, and move products as needed
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including early start times when required
• Valid driver's license with a minimum of 5 years of driving history
• Experience operating a 26-foot box truck preferred
• Basic DOT knowledge required
• Must have a DOT card
• Will be sent for a drug test
• Must be bilingual in both English and Spanish
