Experienced HVAC Installer

Energy Experts Heating & Air is a third-generation, family-owned and operated HVAC company seeking an experienced HVAC Installer to join our growing team. We are looking for a motivated professional who takes pride in quality workmanship, maintains a positive attitude, and is committed to delivering exceptional service to our customers.

Position Overview

The HVAC Installer will be responsible for the installation, replacement, and startup of residential heating and air conditioning systems while maintaining the highest standards of safety, craftsmanship, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Install residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, package units, and ductwork

• Complete equipment change-outs and new system installations

• Perform system startups, testing, and commissioning

• Ensure all installations meet manufacturer specifications and local code requirements

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site

• Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members

• Accurately complete job documentation and required paperwork

• Properly care for company vehicles, tools, and equipment

• Work effectively with installers, helpers, service technicians, and office staff

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of residential HVAC installation experience

• Strong knowledge of HVAC installation practices and procedures

• Experience with duct modifications and airflow principles

• Ability to read installation manuals and wiring diagrams

• EPA Certification preferred

• Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor environments

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

Requirements

• Valid California Driver's License

• Clean driving record

• No SR-22 requirements

• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening if required

• Reliable transportation to and from work
