Licensed Practical Nurse – Post-Acute Care
12-Hour Night Shift. Schedule varies, no guaranteed weekends or days off unless specified in contract. Must be able to work all holidays.
Contract Length: 6 weeks. Guaranteed hours are not specified.
Current Vermont Nursing License required at the time of submission.
American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred.
Previous travel experience required.
Experience with EPIC documentation system within the past 2 years is required.
IV certification preferred for LPNs.
Provide skilled nursing care to patients in a post-acute care setting.
Perform procedures including phlebotomy, starting IVs, and managing medication administration.
Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes in status.
Assist with patient transports and therapy sessions as needed.
Maintain accurate patient documentation in the electronic medical record system.

Must pass a background check including nationwide, county court searches, and FACIS3. Compliance requirements for orientation and other logistics will be provided. Reliable transportation is necessary, as public transportation is not accessible in this area.
