Project PPM Consultant

Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Information Systems, Construction Management, or related field. 5+ years of Oracle PPM consulting experience. Minimum 2 full lifecycle Oracle Fusion PPM implementations. Strong experience in project accounting and project costing. Deep understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP architecture. Preferred Qualifications EPC Construction Infrastructure Energy Utilities Power Generation sectors Knowledge of Primavera P6 integration. Experience with Agile project delivery methodologies. Exposure to large multi-billion-dollar capital projects. Experience Range 7–15+ Years Overall Experience Ideal Profile 7+ years Oracle ERP experience 4+ years Oracle Fusion PPM experience 2+ Oracle Cloud implementation projects EPC/Construction industry background Strong Project Costing and Project Billing expertise Key Responsibilities Oracle Fusion PPM Implementation & Configuration Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion PPM modules. Conduct requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, and system configuration. Configure project organizations, project types, project templates, expenditure types, and burden schedules. Design business processes supporting EPC project execution. Support testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities. Project Cost Management Configure and support: Project Costing, Project Foundation, Project Contracts, Grants Management (if applicable), Resource Management. Monitor project budgets, commitments, actual costs, and forecasts. Implement cost allocation and burdening methodologies. Support project cost controls and variance analysis. EPC Project Accounting Manage project setup for Engineering, Procurement, and Construction projects. Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Cost Codes, Capital Projects, Construction-in-Progress (CIP). Track direct and indirect project costs. Support earned value management (EVM) and project performance reporting. Ensure compliance with project accounting and revenue recognition policies. Procurement & Contract Integration Integrate Oracle PPM with Oracle Procurement Cloud, Oracle Financials Cloud, Oracle SCM Cloud. Support commitment tracking from purchase orders and subcontracts. Ensure accurate flow of procurement transactions into project costing. Monitor subcontractor costs and supplier-related expenditures. Configure contract and project billing rules. Support customer invoicing and project profitability analysis. Reporting & Analytics Develop and maintain: OTBI Reports, BI Publisher Reports, Management KPIs. Provide insights into: Budget vs Actual, Forecast vs Actual, Project Margin, Cash Flow Projections. Testing & Support Prepare functional specifications. Execute system testing and UAT activities.
