Teamwork mentality. Ability to coach and give feedback in real time. Flexibility to work in all areas of the emergency department. Description: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse for our emergency department. The emergency department is a fast-paced environment providing critical care. The optimal candidate will have experience in a high-volume emergency department, particularly one associated with Level II trauma and comprehensive stroke care. Nurses will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care while maintaining effective communication with both patients and team members. The department emphasizes teamwork and promotes a positive work culture. Suitability for this position requires a commitment to patient experience and the ability to adapt to changing demands within the department. Advanced skills will be utilized in this role, with opportunities for collaboration across various specialty areas.
