Little Masters Development Center is seeking compassionate, motivated professionals who want more than just a job—they want to grow, make an impact, and build a career in ABA.
You'll work with toddlers (ages 2–3) in early intervention, providing play-based ABA services in a home-based setting. Currently, we are looking to provide services for young children in the Far Rockaway area of Queens. Required Qualifications:- Birth–Grade 2 Certification or LMSW
- Passion for working with young children
- Reliable, professional, and committed to providing high-quality care
- Willingness to learn and follow clinical guidance
- Background in Psychology, Education, Social Work, or a related field
- Previous ABA experience (not required—we provide comprehensive training)
- Implement ABA programs under BCBA supervision
- Provide 1:1 therapy sessions
- Collect and record data accurately
- Collaborate with BCBAs, OTs, PTs, and SLPs
- Help children build meaningful communication, social, and developmental skills
- Consistent, reliable hours with bi-monthly pay
- Comprehensive training and ongoing support
- Structured work environment with organized sessions and clinical guidance
