We are hiring an experienced, results-driven sales professional who can prospect, overcome objections, close business, and consistently meet sales goals. This is a sales position—not a customer service, receptionist, or account-servicing role. To be considered, candidates must have at least one year of successful client-facing sales experience. We will give strong preference to applicants with experience in insurance, financial services, automotive sales, real estate, telecommunications, or another commission-driven sales environment. Compensation Annual earning range: $36,400–$100,000 Compensation includes: Annual base salary. Uncapped commissions. Performance bonuses. Contests, incentives, and recognition opportunities. Total earnings depend on individual sales performance. Top performers can significantly increase their income through commissions and bonuses. Responsibilities As an Insurance Sales Producer, you will: Generate new business through outbound calls, follow-up, referrals, cross-selling, and other prospecting activities. Conduct needs-based sales conversations with prospective clients. Recommend insurance solutions that align with each client’s needs and goals. Confidently ask for the sale and close new business. Identify and overcome objections with professionalism and persistence. Build strong client relationships that lead to referrals and long-term retention. Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales, activity, and revenue goals. Maintain accurate prospect and sales activity records. Sell insurance products to clients across Texas, New Mexico, and Arizona. Participate in ongoing coaching, sales training, and performance reviews. Requirements Applicants must meet the following minimum qualifications: At least one year of client-facing sales experience. A demonstrated history of meeting sales goals, quotas, or performance targets. Experience prospecting, following up with leads, handling objections, and closing sales. Comfort making outbound calls and asking directly for the business. Motivation to earn commissions and bonuses based on performance. Strong verbal, written, and phone communication skills. Dependable, honest, coachable, competitive, and goal-oriented. Ability to work full-time, on-site at our El Paso office. We will not consider applicants without professional sales experience. Previous insurance sales experience. Experience working in a commission-based or quota-driven role. General Lines Property and Casualty license. Life and Health insurance license. Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills. Insurance licenses are preferred but not required at the time of application. We can provide guidance and support to qualified sales professionals who need to obtain licensing. Enjoys initiating sales conversations and pursuing new business. Is confident asking for the sale. Can explain previous sales goals and results during the interview process. Follows up consistently and does not give up after the first objection. Takes ownership of individual performance. Responds well to coaching and uses feedback to improve. Brings energy, professionalism, and a competitive mindset to the team.
