Full Time

Compensation: $20 to $22 per hour + Monthly Commission + Performance Bonuses

At StretchLab, you’ll work alongside a passionate team, receive ongoing professional development, and have opportunities to advance into Studio Manager, General Manager, Area Manager, and Regional Leadership positions as we continue to grow.

As our Assistant Studio Manager, you’ll partner with the Studio Manager to drive studio performance and create an outstanding experience for every member.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Drive membership sales and recurring revenue growth
• Coach, mentor, and motivate Sales Associates and Flexologists
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create an outstanding member experience
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and developing team members
• Support daily studio operations, scheduling, and staff management
• Execute local marketing initiatives, networking, and community outreach
• Monitor membership goals, sales performance, and operational KPIs
• Foster a positive, energetic, and collaborative team culture

• Leadership experience in fitness, wellness, retail, hospitality, or sales
• A proven track record of achieving sales goals and leading successful teams
• Strong communication and relationship building skills
• Excellent organizational and problem solving abilities
• A passion for coaching, developing others, and delivering exceptional customer experiences
• A self motivated, growth oriented mindset
