Responsibilities

As the School Director, you will be given the tools, resources, and training to:

Hiring: Identify and attract the best talent to join the team.

Training : Support team growth and development through comprehensive training and guidance.

Relationship : Build a school community that attracts new families and team members fostering positive relationships

Ensure compliance with all federal and state laws, regulations, and Celebree standards, policies, and procedures.

Manage the operations of the childcare facility, including enrollment, scheduling, financial management, and documentation, and ensuring smooth operations and record-keeping

Qualifications

BA or BS degree in elementary education, early childhood education or related field.

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a licensed childcare school.

Minimum 3 years’ management experience required.

Strong understanding of Florida DCF licensing standards and childcare compliance requirements

Experience leading, coaching, or supervising staff
