Support building, reviewing, and improving work packages and job plans during periods of lower field activity, as required. Participate in Capital Project constructability reviews and provide maintenance and execution expertise to project teams. Identify execution risks, access and logistics constraints, and opportunities to optimize scope and improve efficiency for both turnaround and capital project work. Align turnaround and project schedules, resources, execution strategies, and interface activities to minimize conflicts and maximize overall site performance. Promote teamwork, mutual respect, accountability, and productive problem-solving across Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Inspection, Capital Projects, and contractor groups. Mentor planners, coordinators, contractors, and developing turnaround personnel, sharing field knowledge and best practices to strengthen organizational capability. Share lessons learned from previous events and contribute to the development of standard work processes and continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure all work complies with site safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements, and reinforce adherence to refinery safety policies and procedures. Participate in risk assessments, field reviews, and readiness activities to verify that work can be executed safely and effectively. Support post-event reviews and lessons-learned sessions to identify improvement opportunities and enhance future turnaround performance. Conduct extensive field walks in active operating and construction environments to verify work status, identify issues, and support safe execution. Essential Skills Minimum 10 years of refinery or petrochemical turnaround experience, including field coordination of large, complex maintenance or construction events.
