Responsibilities

• Maintains periodic contact with the customer to be aware of their decision
• Helps customers select a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their answers.
• Know the offers of entry and exit products, optional packages, and the latest technologies.
• Explains in detail the operation of the vehicle and gives all the information that the customer requests about new/used vehicles.
• Continuous contact with buyers to ensure the success of the business in the sale
• Learn to overcome objections and prosper in all sales.
• Collaborate with our Sales Manager to offer attractive deals on used vehicles to interested customers
• Inform, advise, and counsel the clientele about the products in which they show interest. Prepare the budgets and inform about the delivery dates.

Qualifications

• Strong presence on social networks with a large network of friends, followers, and followers.
• Have an interest in the brand of cars beyond your work, and know models and curious facts about cars.
• Have optimism, perseverance, empathy, self-confidence, honesty, punctuality, good listening skills, organization, ease of communication, and friendliness.
• Have customer communication skills, negotiation, as well as numerical capabilities.
• Possess an elegant appearance and take care of personal image to express confidence and security when speaking with potential customers
• Clean automotive license and seller registry?
• Previous excellent customer service experience
