Job Description Support and assist bartenders in executing great service for our guests. Responsibilities Maintaining bar cleanliness during and after service. Stocking and restocking bar products during and after service. Assisting bartenders with service. Assist in bar station set up, break down, and maintenance. Greet guests, start and close tabs. Prep juices, syrups, batches, etc for service. Rotate stock for maximum freshness. Qualifications Prior experience in a bar/restaurant. Valid TABC certification and valid Texas Food Handlers Certification. Ability to work afternoons, nights, and weekends. We are an equal opportunity employer.
