Job Description: A Progressive Care Unit nurse (PCU nurse) has a unique job of caring for patients as they transition from the ICU. A progressive care nurse works in a hospital. A PCU nurse specializes in the medical treatment and surgery of patients with needs that are too complicated for a regular hospital floor, but do not require admission to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU).

If Agency cancels a Provider's travel assignment less than fourteen (14) days before the start of that assignment, Agency will provide Customer with a twelve (12) hour credit on the next invoice. If, after a travel assignment has commenced, Agency terminates an assignment for a Travel Provider other than for a material breach of this Agreement by Customer without giving Customer at least thirty (30) days prior written notice, then Agency shall pay Customer an amount equal to three (3) 12-hourshifts.
