Responsibilities Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services. Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals. Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day. Work alongside your agency’s team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations. Qualifications Dedicated to customer service. Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred. Property and Casualty License Required. Able to obtain a Life/Health License. Able to achieve mutually agreed upon marketing goals.
