As a Sr. Design Engineer, you will be a key member of Moog’s Space Actuation team, reporting to the Sr. Mechanical Design Engineering Manager.To be considered for this Sr. Design Engineer role, here’s what you’ll need to bring with you:Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering5+ years of relevant experience in design engineering in a complex manufacturing environment; Aerospace industry experience strongly preferredDeep knowledge of engineering principles, documentation standards, and drafting practices.Experience communicating with the technical community including customers and vendors.Experience and in-depth knowledge with mechanical CAD (MCAD) toolsPractical knowledge and/or experience with technical drawing practices and GD&T standardsAbility to obtain a U.S. DoD Secret Security Clearance.
