The Congenital Heart Collaborative at Rainbow Babies and Children's Hospital seeks a Pediatric Cardiac Advanced Non-invasive Imager to join our growing team in the Division of Pediatric Cardiology. UH Rainbow Babies & Children’s Hospital is ranked among the nation’s Best Children’s Hospitals in 11 specialties, including Pediatric Cardiology & Heart Surgery. The Congenital Heart Collaborative (TCHC) is a partnership between University Hospitals Rainbow Babies & Children’s Hospital (Cleveland) and Nationwide Children’s Hospital (Columbus). Through this program, patients receive comprehensive cardiac care in an environment that supports research, education, and innovation. Our team includes ten pediatric cardiologists, interventional cardiology, electrophysiology, advanced imaging, fetal cardiology, adult-congenital heart disease, general cardiologists, and congenital cardiovascular surgeons. Cardiac surgeries of all complexities, fetal cardiac interventions, and complex pediatric electrophysiology and catheterization procedures are performed on the Rainbow campus. Advanced imaging capabilities include transthoracic, transesophageal, fetal, and 3D echocardiography, cardiac MRI and CTA, cardiac stress MRI, fetal cardiac MRI, and 3D modeling/printing. Position Overview The successful candidate will perform and interpret advanced noninvasive imaging studies, and will have opportunities to participate in quality improvement initiatives, clinical research, and education of medical students, residents, and fellows. Clinical time will be devoted to advanced imaging, including fetal echocardiography, as well as outpatient and inpatient care. The rank and appointment will be commensurate with the candidate’s credentials and experience. This position offers a very competitive salary and benefits package. Qualifications MD, DO, or equivalent degree. Board Eligible or Board Certified in Pediatric Cardiology. Additional fellowship training, board certification and other professional interests welcomed. Advanced training in advanced non-invasive imaging, or equivalent experience, including echocardiography (transthoracic, transesophageal and fetal), cardiac MRI and cardiovascular CT.
