He lives with mother/stepfather. Diagnoses include severe IDD, spastic quadriplegia, cerebral palsy, neuromuscular scoliosis, epilepsy, hypertonia of all four extremities. He needs assistance with all his daily needs feeding, bathing, grooming, medication monitoring and administering, feedings, entertainment. He requires suctioning daily and all his foods must be pureed. Needs constant monitoring for seizures.
