As a Senior Technical Product Manager, you will partner closely with engineering, architecture, UX, product journey owners, science, legal, privacy, and operations teams to drive product strategy, define technical requirements, and execute multi-year platform initiatives.You will enjoy the flexibility to telecommute* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.Primary Responsibilities:Define and drive the strategic vision, feature trade-offs, and execution roadmap for the Enterprise Rewards multi-tenant platformWrite highly detailed Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria for cloud-native microservices and enterprise API platformsPartner across highly matrixed, global engineering, science, legal, privacy, and operations teams to align on platform priorities and deliver multi-year initiativesLeverage enterprise-approved AI tools to streamline documentation, automate workflow tracking, and optimize sprint planning processesEvaluate emerging technology trends, AI/ML models, and system architectural patterns to inform product design and strategic platform innovationLead backlog refinement, prioritization, and sprint planning within an Agile/Scrum framework to maintain consistent release deliveryDefine and analyze product metrics and performance telemetry to measure platform impact, system efficacy, and user adoptionLeverage enterprise-approved AI tools to streamline workflows, automate tasks, and drive continuous improvement You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear directions on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifications:Associate's degree OR 10+ years of experience in IT in lieu of a degree7+ years of progressively advancing product or program management experience, with at least 3+ years specifically focusing on deeply technical, platform, or large-scale enterprise products5+ years of proven ability to influence and align highly matrixed, global teams across engineering, science, legal, privacy, and operations5+ years of exceptional verbal and written communication skills tailored to both hardcore developer audiences and executive leadership5+ years of extensive experience operating within an Agile/Scrum environment3+ years of experience with modern cloud architecture (e.g., AWS, GCP), APIs, and microservice models3+ years of experience writing highly detailed Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) and defining strategic vision, feature trade-offs, and go-to-market execution of multi-year initiativesPreferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related quantitative fieldFluency in system design and cloud architectureDeep analytical and experiment design capabilitiesEvaluation literacy of AI/ML models, including evaluating prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architecturesProficiency in modern development and tracking tools (e.g., Aha!
