The customer service and energy the hosts show the moment the guests walk through the doors can shape their entire experience here at Tangled Roots.PRIMARY DUTIES INCLUDEGreeting the guests, the moment the enter the doorsAnswer phone call or in person reservationsHandle general phone calls and transfersAnswer guests’ questions pertaining to the restaurant and the menuAssist wait staff as neededProviding accurate wait times and escorting customers to the dining and bar areas.Ensure we provide excellent customer service and a pleasant dining experience to our guests.Address any complaints to help resolve themObtain knowledge of the beer, wine, and food menuAssist other individuals as neededUp-keep on the cleanliness of the restrooms and keep them stockedTangled Roots participates in E-Verify and will conduct employment eligibility verification checks on new hires after a job offer is accepted, in accordance with the Federal Law.QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTSServe Safe Certificate within 2 weeks of employment.PREFERRED SKILLSFor this role, you should have solid organizational and people skills to make sure our guests have a positive dining experience from the moment they arrive till their departure.Critical thinking skillsTeamwork and leadership qualitiesCommunication skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Tangled Roots Brewing Co.
