As a Performance Tester, you will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting the application performance and stability of critical systems. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, proactive problem-solving, and excellent collaboration abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: Performance TesterLocation:Charlotte, NC (On-site required)What's the Job?Conduct performance testing of Java-based applications and distributed systems to ensure optimal functionality. Develop and execute load, stress, endurance, and scalability tests using JMeter and BlazeMeter. Automate regression testing with Selenium and other modern tools to improve testing efficiency. Analyze application performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and recommend tuning strategies. Collaborate within Agile/Scrum teams to support monthly releases and continuous improvement initiatives.What's Needed?Minimum of 7 years of experience in performance testing of Java applications and distributed systems. Extensive hands-on experience with JMeter and/or BlazeMeter for various testing types. At least 5 years of experience with Selenium for automation and regression testing. Strong understanding of application performance metrics, JVM, application server, database, and infrastructure performance analysis.
