Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Financial Administrator to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, comfortable working with numbers and technology, and interested in building a career in finance, accounting, or business administration.

The ideal candidate does not need years of experience. We are looking for someone who is sharp, dependable, tech-savvy, and willing to learn . You should be comfortable working independently, managing detailed information, and communicating with different departments to make sure financial and administrative processes are completed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day financial and administrative activities.
• Enter, review, and maintain financial information with a high level of accuracy.
• Create, update, and maintain Excel spreadsheets and financial tracking reports.
• Review data and documents for accuracy and identify discrepancies or missing information.
• Assist with invoices, payments, expenses, reconciliations, and other financial documentation.
• Maintain organized electronic files, records, and supporting documentation.
• Communicate with accounting, payroll, HR, operations, and other departments as needed to obtain information and resolve issues.
• Follow up on outstanding items and help ensure deadlines are met.
• Learn and work within company financial systems, software platforms, and internal processes.
• Assist with special projects, reporting, and additional administrative responsibilities as needed.
• Handle financial and company information with professionalism and confidentiality.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel , including entering and organizing data, formatting spreadsheets, basic formulas, sorting, and filtering.
• Strong overall computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable working across multiple computer systems and applications.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable communicating and coordinating with employees across different departments.
• Ability to prioritize multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to ask questions when clarification is needed.
