What You’ll Need to Succeed:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent.
• Active SLP license in Texas (or eligibility for licensure).
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required.
• Previous experience in a school environment is preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to meet student needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and caregivers to support academic progress.
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines.
• Participate in meetings such as IEPs and contribute to developing educational strategies.
• Provide support and resources to staff and families regarding speech-language development.
