Seasonal Immunizing Pharmacist Part Time

Position Summary As a Staff Pharmacist, you are critical to delivering high-quality patient care, managing pharmacy operations, and leading a Pharmacy Technician Support Staff in a community pharmacy setting. You model core values and provide authentic care to patients. Responsibilities Ensure patient safety Maintain pharmacy professional practice Comply with regulatory requirements Conduct quality assurance Deliver excellent customer service Manage personnel and inventory Oversee financial profitability and loss prevention Streamline workflow management Lead patient care programs and immunization services Display empathy and compassion for patients and team Motivate, inspire, and develop Pharmacy Support Staff Identify business opportunities and develop solutions to improve performance Implement solutions and lead team to achieve goals Adapt to change and adjust plans in a dynamic setting Collaborate with others to deliver better outcomes Align team around purpose and promote a caring culture Apply knowledge to drive healthy outcomes and differentiate CVS Required Qualifications Active Pharmacy License in the state of employment Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (e.g., APhA) Clear criminal record related to controlled substances (no pending felony charges) Preferred Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm.D. degree Work Hours & Compensation Anticipated Weekly Hours: 29 Time Type: Part time Pay Range: $60.00 - $76.00 per hour Benefits This part‑time position is eligible for a range of benefits, including dental, vision, wellness resources, employee discounts, and additional voluntary benefits.
