Digital Marketing Specialist

The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and executing digital marketing initiatives that support revenue growth, lead generation, and brand awareness for a global manufacturer of precision motion control solutions. This role combines digital marketing expertise with technical content development and product marketing support. The ideal candidate possesses strong experience in website management, SEO, graphic design, video creation, technical communications, and industrial B2B marketing. Requirements Digital Marketing & Website Management Manage and maintain company website content and user experience. Work with vendor partners to strategize and execute SEO strategy including keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO, and content development. Monitor website analytics and provide recommendations to improve traffic, engagement, and lead conversion. Manage digital advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and retargeting. Create and optimize landing pages for products, targeted campaigns and growth markets. Working knowledge of Umbraco web platform preferred Work with global marketing teams for brand alignment and execution Content Development & Technical Publications In collaboration with engineering and sales, develop technical marketing content including product advertising, brochures, technical publications and technical articles. Interview engineers and subject matter experts to create compelling customer-facing content. Develop and post social media content. Support development of thought leadership materials for aerospace, semiconductor, medical, robotics, and industrial automation markets. Ensure consistency of messaging and brand standards across all communications. Maintain digital filing and data storage for all graphics and technical publications Graphic Design & Visual Communications Design marketing collateral for print and digital distribution. Develop product brochures, infographics, presentations, trade show graphics, and sales support materials. Maintain brand guidelines and visual identity standards. Be the point of contact for working with printers and other vendors for production and delivery Video Production & Multimedia Working with engineering, plan, script, produce, and edit marketing and product videos. Manage video assets across YouTube, website and social media channels. Trade Shows and Events Support the execution of trade shows, webinars, and internal events with graphics, multimedia and social media deliverables Coordinate marketing materials, booth graphics, and event promotions as planned. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Engineering or related field. 3+ years of marketing experience in a manufacturing, industrial automation, or technical B2B environment. Demonstrated experience managing websites and CMS platforms. Strong understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and digital marketing best practices. Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) or equivalent tools. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including excel and power point Experience creating and editing professional video content. Ability to communication effectively both verbally and written in English Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Supervisory Responsibility This position has no direct reports. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time (40 hour) salaried position which operates during normal business hours Monday through Friday. Travel Little to no travel is expected for this position. Required Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Engineering or related field 3+ years’ experience marketing experience in a manufacturing, industrial automation or technical B2B environment.
