Dominick's Real Italian is a friendly, family owned and operated neighborhood restaurant with an old fashioned concept. Real Italian food made in the classic way, using traditional family recipes and the finest ingredients served by your "neighbors"!
We are looking for candidates for a Line Cook. Need to have experience working multiple orders at the same time. Knowledge of Italian food is great but not required.
Stations hiring for
• Pizza
• Sautee
• Prep
Part time and full time available.
Duties:
• Lead the other line cooks
• Make sure all tasks are getting completed
• Work with head chef with featured menu
• Learn all aspects of the kitchen
• Follow recipes for prep items
• Reading tickets to make orders
• Keeping stations clean and sanitary
• Lifting 50lbs at a time
Requirements/Skills:
• Good communication skills
• Well organized and able to multitask
• Understanding of food safety
• Ability to follow recipes
• Knife skills
• Stand for 4-8 hours per shift
