Collaboration with the healthcare team is essential to ensure quality patient care. The RN will perform assessments and document patient progress accurately. Effective communication with patients and their families will be a key component. The nurse will participate in patient education and discharge planning. Adherence to safety and infection control protocols is required. Professional development and continuing education are encouraged. The RN must demonstrate critical thinking and decision-making abilities. Complying with all regulatory and ethical standards is mandatory. The position requires a current knowledge of telemetry principles and practices.
