Retail Buyer

As a Retail Buyer for UVA Sports with Aramark, you will manage merchandise selection, purchasing, and inventory for on-campus retail and game-day locations. You will analyze sales trends, forecast demand, and build vendor relationships to secure high‑quality, brand‑right products at competitive costs. Partner closely with operations, marketing, and finance to plan assortments, pricing, and promotions that maximize revenue and guest satisfaction. You will ensure compliance with licensing and brand standards, monitor stock levels, oversee replenishment, and support a safe, inclusive, team‑oriented culture focused on service and continuous improvement.
