QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of customer service experience
• Fluency in Excel and Outlook
• Computer experience is essential
• Experience in accounting and/or bookkeeping
• Experience with invoicing, accounts receivable, permits, or job costing
• Experience using a field service management software

Cost accounting or bookkeeping experience is preferred!

SCHEDULE : This is a full-time office position, Monday–Friday, with shifts from 7 AM–4 PM or 8 AM–5 PM , plus occasional weather-dependent Saturday mornings .

WHAT TO EXPECT AS A HOME SERVICES BILLING COORDINATOR

In this full-time office role, you'll review accounts, prepare invoices, and process payments to ensure billing remains accurate and up to date. As calls come in, you'll assist customers with questions, schedule service appointments, and provide friendly, professional support. Throughout the day, you'll balance accounts receivable responsibilities with customer interactions, keeping information organized and communication clear.
