Job Description Visa Accepted J1 Visa Location Hospital Details Centriq EMR System Emergency Department ED Volume: 9,000 24-hour shifts EMR: Meditech Expanse Specialty Coverage: Orthopedic specialist is on call 50% of the time and lives locally, often making himself available even when not on call; general surgery is on call 30% of the time but does not live locally. If general surgery is needed when they are not on call, a transfer will be required Volume: Typically around 23 patients per 24 hours. During peak season (June-August), the volume increases to approximately 29 patients per 24 hours Transfers: Smooth transfers to 5 nearby receiving hospitals.
