You will support the day-to-day operation of the school by providing excellent front desk service and completing administrative tasks accurately and efficiently. You will help with:
- Front desk operations and customer service
- Scheduling and calendar maintenance
- Parent and student communication
- Administrative records and data entry
- Attendance and billing support
- Lead and enrollment administrative follow-up
- Show and event support
- Provide a friendly, professional front desk experience for students and families
- Answer phones, respond to messages, and direct questions to the appropriate team member
- Assist families with routine questions about lessons, schedules, programs, and school activities
- Maintain accurate lesson, rehearsal, and student schedules
- Make scheduling updates and changes according to established procedures
- Maintain accurate student records, attendance, and administrative information
- Assist with billing questions and administrative billing tasks
- Process enrollment and registration information accurately
- Assist with new lead follow-up and administrative communication
- Help schedule tours, trial lessons, and other appointments
- Support the Studio Coordinator and leadership team with daily administrative tasks
- Assist with show preparation, events, and other school activities
- Help maintain an organized, clean, and welcoming front desk
- Support local marketing and community activities as requested
- On time = early and ready before your shift starts
- Complete assigned administrative tasks accurately and on time
- Respond to parent and student communication promptly and professionally
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail
- Keep records and schedules accurate and up to date
- Communicate proactively when an issue cannot be resolved independently
- Stay organized and composed in a fast-paced environment
- Treat students, families, teachers, and coworkers with professionalism and respect
- Families receive a friendly, helpful, and professional experience
- Administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time
- Schedules and student information remain clean and up to date
- Parent and student questions are handled promptly or routed to the right person
- The front desk remains organized and welcoming
- Leads, tours, and enrollment information are processed accurately
- The Studio Coordinator and leadership team can rely on you to get things done
- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Comfortable speaking with parents, students, and staff

- Previous administrative, customer service, front desk, or office experience
- Experience working with families, students, or youth programs
- Experience with scheduling or administrative software
- Familiarity with music, arts, or education environments
- Frequently miss deadlines or forget important details
- Struggle to stay organized when things get busy
- Prefer working without interacting with customers
- Are uncomfortable answering phones or communicating with families
- Need constant supervision to complete routine responsibilities
- Are looking for a role with minimal responsibility or accountability
