PROGRAM ANALYSIS OFFICER

Duties

The incumbent equally shares the full scope of responsibility for the Global Power, Global Reach; Global Vigilance and Programs Divisions with the Director and, in the Director's absence, possessing the same authority and prerogatives.

In conjunction with the Director, provides Strategic Plans, Programs and Requirements program oversight for the Air Force Reserve Command.

Participates with the Director in the exercise of supervisory personnel management responsibilities.

Provides technical advice on the development of all Global and Programs Divisions' policies and procedures for the execution of management activities.

Directs analytical studies and reviews organizational accomplishments/deficiencies involving resources that affect directorate missions.

Along with the Director, represents the unit at conferences/meetings with HQ USAF, other military agencies and GMAJCOMs regarding Strategic Plans, Programs and Requirements issues.
