Legacy Treatment Services is seeking a Lead Case Manager for the Involuntary Outpatient Commitment program in New Jersey. You will oversee care coordination, supervise staff, and fulfill on-call responsibilities while coordinating with courts, hospitals, and community partners. You will guide admission, treatment planning, discharge and aftercare, and ensure integration with referring agencies.
