We are hiring a Carpenter Apprentice / Rough Carpenter to join a major commercial construction project in Loveland, Colorado . This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with 1-2 years of carpentry experience who are eager to grow their skills, work alongside experienced tradespeople, and gain long-term project stability.
The project includes 12 retail buildings and a three-story office building and is expected to continue through October 2027 , with potential opportunities to transition to future projects in Erie or the Denver metro area upon completion.
What You'll Do

• Perform rough carpentry duties, including blocking and backing
• Install anchor bolt templates
• Assist with door hardware installation
• Support general carpentry and construction activities as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Work closely with superintendents, subcontractors, and fellow tradespeople
• Assist in various tasks to help keep project production moving efficiently

What We're Looking For

• 1-2 years of carpentry experience (commercial construction preferred)
• Rough carpentry experience is a plus
• Ability to read a tape measure and safely operate hand and power tools
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull construction materials and equipment
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
